A 22-year old, unmarried female patient attended thedermatology outpatient clinic with complaints of multiple soft,asymptomatic yellow-colored nodular lesions (2 mm to 3 cm in size)all over her body since the age of 2.5 years. The patient wasreferred for biochemical testing, where an altered lipid profilewas noticed.
