If the guest wants to book a caravan site, then there is also the possibility of electricity (the place has an electric pole), but then need to apply for that service separately. When the guest has selected one or more options, the system needs to check if the guest is a customer before. If the guest is a customer, they enter their customer number in the booking system. If the guest is not a customer before, information about the guest is entered into the system. Here, the guest's name, address and telephone number need to be entered so that a customer number can be created. When the customer is satisfied with their choices, the booking is created and an email with booking confirmation is sent to the customer.
