Situation 3 A water is flowing out of the pipe and the nozzle when the pressure at point A is 75 kPa where the diameter is 200 mm. The diameter of the nozzle is 120 mm. (Same figure as example) a) Compute the velocity in point A. b) Compute the discharge coming out of the pipe if Cv = 0.98. c) Compute the height above the nozzle to which the water jet will shoot.
