40. "I do not believe they did a fair job to decline my application. The selection system is wrong here. They ask random questions that are not tied to anything or any criteria. How do I know it? I know because me and my two friends got from the same process and I took the interviews twice in 4 months time. In each they asked very different questions and I was able to manage the process and questions easily as I wanted. One of my friends could fake that he is an expert on SAP systems despite he has no idea nor experience on what it is. In the fisrt one my answers were so poor I got 75. In the second they were much better I got 50. I guess it was because the first one was more optimistic and liked me better as a person. We were supporting the same football team. How do I know because half of the interview we talked about it" Assuming the things said by the employee are true. Which of the following is TRUE given the case? * (2 Points) The interviews are highly structured The selection system has high reliability The interviews are not based on predetermined criteria The selection system has high validity
