Living through this pandemic has resulted in many feeling like they've lost their sense of community. Not being able to see friends and family has taken a toll on all of us.
Here's an idea, we can make our own community within our class. If you miss practicing yoga with other people, you can do it online! Get together with your classmates and stream the yoga routines to practice together. It may seem weird, but what's the worse that can happen...you make a new friend? Practicing with a classmate can also help with motivation and accountability for any of you who are struggling.
